The platform opened as a Lean-checked public challenge aimed at lifting the proven soundness of koalaIRS12 toward a 128-bit hash-based SNARK target. CryptoSlate captured the Aug. 21 snapshot at 15:44:47 UTC, recording a 63.99-bit lower certificate, a 116.13-bit upper certificate, and a 52.14-bit open interval after nine promoted submissions from seven solvers. The effort remains a research contest and carries no connection to a live zkEVM upgrade or any consensus change.
